How to define achievable GOAL? Como definir a meta realizável?

I was thinking why always our goals not works as per planned. Fiquei pensando por quê semper nossas metas não por obras como planejado. I was trying to find the result. Eu estava tentando localizar o resultado. Few days back I came to read a blog and i like its worth efficient to fix a goal and to execute as per the planning. I encourage you to pick up a pen and a piece of paper and jot down the goals you want to reach. Convido você para pegar uma caneta e um pedaço de papel e anotar as metas que pretende atingir.
