How to define achievable GOAL? ¿Cómo definir meta alcanzable?

I was thinking why always our goals not works as per planned. Estaba pensando por qué siempre nuestros objetivos, no por las obras como estaba previsto. I was trying to find the result. Yo estaba tratando de encontrar el resultado. Few days back I came to read a blog and i like its worth efficient to fix a goal and to execute as per the planning. I encourage you to pick up a pen and a piece of paper and jot down the goals you want to reach. Le animo a recoger un lápiz y un trozo de papel y anotar las metas que desea alcanzar. SPECIFIC ESPECÍFICAS

1. Goals should be straightforward and emphasize what you want to happen. Las metas deben ser sencillas y hacer hincapié en lo que usted quiere que esto ocurra. Instead of setting a goal to lose weight or be healthier, set a specific goal to lose 2cm off your waistline or to walk 5 miles at an aerobically challenging pace. MEASURABLE Mensurables
